1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter „Terms") apply to all business transactions between

– hereinafter referred to as „Seller” –

and the customer (hereinafter „Buyer”) in the version valid at the time of order. Any conflicting terms of the Buyer shall not apply unless the Seller expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with SicherShopping Limited. Adding products to the shopping cart does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue.

1. The Buyer places the desired products in the shopping cart.
2. By clicking the „Order with obligation to pay” button, the Buyer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart.
3. The Seller confirms receipt of the order via automated email (order confirmation). This does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
4. The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order through a shipping confirmation or an express acceptance statement.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy, which can be found on our „Withdrawal Policy” page. Please note that custom-printed products (e.g. with personalised texts or designs) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are made to customer specification.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately and are to be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Credit Card
• PayPal

The purchase price is due immediately upon order. For credit card payments, the charge is processed upon shipment of the goods.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the Buyer. Shipping costs are £3.99. Orders over £29.00 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery time is typically 3–10 working days. As our products are made individually per order using print-on-demand, delivery times may vary in individual cases.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment of all claims arising from the purchase contract.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period for consumers is two years from delivery of the goods. The Buyer is requested to notify the Seller immediately of any damage to the goods upon delivery and, where possible, to document this photographically to facilitate the assertion of warranty claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Seller is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage at the time of contract conclusion.

The above limitations of liability do not apply to injury to life, body or health, nor to claims under consumer protection laws.

10. Print-on-Demand Products

Our products are made individually for each customer using print-on-demand. Please note the following:

• Colour Variations: Due to differences in screen display and printing processes, minor colour variations between the online shop presentation and the delivered product may occur. Such production-related variations do not constitute a defect.
• Custom-Printed Goods: Individually printed products (e.g. with personalised text or designs) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are made to customer specification.
• Materials and Workmanship: We use high-quality materials and state-of-the-art printing technology. Due to the custom manufacturing process, minor variations in positioning and colour intensity may occur.
• Care Instructions: The care instructions on each product must be followed to ensure the longevity of the print.

11. Privacy

Information on how we handle personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Final Provisions

These Terms and the relationship between the Seller and the Buyer shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This choice of law shall not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory legal provisions of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence.

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
